    Description
    • You will be responsible to assistin the efficient running of the department in line with HyattInternational's Corporate Strategies and brand standards,whilst meeting employee, guest and ownerexpectations.
    • You will be required to act as asales specialist and be responsible to assist the governmentrevenue is maximised in the most profitable way in line with theagreed targets.
    • Sales Manger will beResponsible for planning, soliciting, booking and building andleading a team of salespeople to help driverevenue.

    • Direct all Sales operations(Government Sectors) for the hotel to maximize revenueopportunities for all segments andchannels.
    • Solicit new and existing accounts tomeet and exceed revenue goals through telephone prospecting,outside sales calls, site inspections and writtencommunication.
    • Establish and grow our marketshare by developing and maintaining relationships with allGovernment sectors.
    • Maintain a completeknowledge of all the services a hotel provides so as to conductsuccessful sales
    • To maintain complete andsupported records of all sales agreements, contract and quotes forthe hotel as per hotel Policies andProcedures.
    • Experience in the GCCmarket.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum2 years work experience in leisure segment or in a similar role ina luxury international brand hotel withinUAE.
    • Good understanding ofselling techniques and leisure market segment in the UAE andGCC.
    • Arabic languagepreferred
    • Ideally alreadybased in UAE.
    • well versedwith market within the UAE and GCCmarket
