Program Manager – IT & AI (Security & Identity)

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented, and motivated Program Manager – IT & AI (Security & Identity) to join our team.

Role Summary

The Program Manager leads and coordinates complex IT and AI initiatives with a strong focus on Identity & Access Management (IAM) , cybersecurity governance, and secure digital transformation. This role ensures that all programs are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with UAE regulatory requirements, internal security standards, and global best practices.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in security, identity management, and enterprise program delivery , with the ability to work across engineering, cybersecurity, compliance, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end planning, execution, and delivery of IT and AI programs across multiple business units.
• Define program scope, timelines, milestones, and KPIs, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.
• Manage cross‑functional teams including engineering, cybersecurity, data, and product stakeholders.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans to ensure successful program outcomes.

Security & Identity Management

• Oversee implementation and enhancement of Identity & Access Management (IAM) frameworks, including SSO, MFA, PAM, and Zero Trust principles.
• Ensure secure integration of AI/ML systems with enterprise identity platforms.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to maintain compliance with UAE regulations (e.g., NESA, TDRA, ADHICS if applicable).
• Conduct periodic security reviews, access audits, and identity governance assessments.

Governance, Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain program documentation, technical specifications, and compliance records.
• Ensure alignment with internal policies, data protection standards, and regulatory requirements across UAE and GCC.
• Support audits, risk assessments, and security certifications.

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for program updates, reporting, and escalation.
• Communicate progress to leadership through dashboards, reports, and structured reviews.
• Build strong relationships with vendors, partners, and government entities when required.
• Identify opportunities to optimise processes, enhance security posture, and improve program efficiency.
• Promote best practices in agile delivery, secure development, and AI governance.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in IT program or project management, ideally within AI, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology environments.
• Strong background in Identity & Access Management , cybersecurity frameworks, and secure architecture.
• Experience working in the UAE or GCC with an understanding of local compliance requirements.
• Proven track record delivering multi‑disciplinary technology programs.
• Certifications preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, CISSP, CISM, Azure/AWS Identity certifications, or similar.
• Must be fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and French , with strong verbal and written communication skills in all three languages.
