- To be the main point of contactfor guests and visitors in the hotel lobby, welcoming and escortingguests and making them comfortable. Being a reliable source ofinformation, exceeding guest's expectations in aprofessional, warm, friendly and efficientmanner.
- You'll always keep your cool– even when all the guests turn up to check in at thesame time.
- You'll get everythingready for the shift, and round it off with the GuestRelations/Front Office fully cleaned up.

- You've completed a courseof training in the hotel business, gained some professionalexperience and can speak English fluently.
