    • To be the main point of contactfor guests and visitors in the hotel lobby, welcoming and escortingguests and making them comfortable. Being a reliable source ofinformation, exceeding guest's expectations in aprofessional, warm, friendly and efficientmanner.
    • You'll always keep your cool– even when all the guests turn up to check in at thesame time.
    • You'll get everythingready for the shift, and round it off with the GuestRelations/Front Office fully cleaned up.

    Qualifications

    Yourexperience and skills include:

    • You've completed a courseof training in the hotel business, gained some professionalexperience and can speak English fluently.
    • Youcan inspire your fellow staff just as you can inspire your guests.On top of this, you know your way around town and always have tipsfor partying up your sleeve.
    • You'renot just bringing your abilities, but also yourcharacter.
    • PMS knowledge preferred(Opera)
