We're looking for a Lead Recruiter to join the People Team in Dubai.

What you'll do:

Be the main point of contact in the region for Talent Acquisition facing into senior stakeholders with ambitious plans for growth
Work alongside a small but dedicated team that competes to find humble, collaborative, razorsharp industry leaders in corporate departments to join our team
Execute against hiring plans and provide strategic insight
Source, evaluate, network, and hire top tier talent across our Sales and crossfunctional teams.
Partner with executives to execute their hiring needs and recruit for management and key roles
Collaborate with Talent leadership, HR Business Partners and other crossfunctional teams to drive our talent strategy
Define and measure success through datadriven hiring metrics and goals
Craft and execute creative talent sourcing and recruiting campaigns that scale for attracting quality diverse talent

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Experience recruiting for a wide array of business and corporate roles, inclusive of specialized and niche positions
Experience recruiting for nontechnical roles in 'Tech' companies ideally with experience hiring in KSA, Dubai and other MENA countries.
Demonstrated ability influencing senior leaders
Experience tracking metrics and utilizing data to make decisions inclusive of: hiring timeline, recruiter bandwidth, or offer acceptance rate
Experience hitting or exceeding performance goals consistently by engaging, selling, and recruiting the very best
A sourcing maven, who is able to find untapped talent outside traditional means and engage top talent with your personalized approach
Well networked with a deep talent network of diverse talent
Ability to work with, and influence, multiple facets of the organization (i.e. across function, level, location, etc.) and tailor communication based on the audience
Outstanding interpersonal skills, and extraordinary attention to detail and followthrough
Stellar organizational skills, working with a sound sense of urgency and possessing the ability to quickly prioritize various top priorities
Ability to think operationally and develop processes for efficiency
Broad understanding of general HR requirements
A deep passion for building effective and highperforming teams

Minimum Qualifications:

BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience 5+ years of recruiting or relevant experience inhouse

Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years experience partnering with executives and management within nontechnical functions Experience with various Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruiting software (ideally with Workday Recruiting, LinkedIn Recruiter, and a CRM) Fluent Arabic speaker
