    Description

    Senior level engineering professional providing technical direction for production and completion of routine and complex projects.

    Responsible for conceptualizing initial designs or investigative approaches for major phases of large projects or overall responsibility for engineering work on projects of moderate scope.

    Plan, schedule, conduct, and/or coordinate engineering work involving conventional practices with complex features such as conflicting design requirements.

    Analyze problems and come up with designs to solve them.

    Network and collaborate with other engineers and professionals.

    Deliver safe and efficient products on time within budget constraints.

    Effectively allocate resources and time.

    Attend meetings, provide input and updates, and analyze data to write reports.

    Communicate with staff, directors, and clients.

    Supervise less experienced engineers or technical support personnel on projects.

    Communicate effectively orally and in writing within required deadlines.

    Prepare reports using Microsoft Office and Autodesk products.

    Lead project management and client communications for successful project delivery.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Provide technical direction for production and completion of routine and complex projects.

    3. Plan, schedule, conduct, and/or coordinate engineering work involving conventional practices.

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Mechanical Engineer.
    • Limited proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and other specialty-critical software preferred.
    • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Superb creativity, vision, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and self-confidence.
    • Extensive experience working on engineering projects.
    • Ability to make decisions in high-stress situations.
    • Great written and verbal communication skills.
