Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to work for a Premier Client in the Travel Industry Businesss


Responsibilities:


Identify and develop new business opportunities in the luxury car service sector, with a focus on acquiring new clients and expanding the company's client base.


Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential prospects and evaluate their transportation needs, ensuring a personalized and high-quality service approach.


Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including corporate executives, event planners, travel managers, and high-profile individuals in client organizations.

Actively engage in networking activities, industry events, and conferences to enhance the company's presence and generate leads.

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of chauffeur-driven services and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the company's value proposition and luxurious service offerings.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.


Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities for service enhancements and develop strategies to stay ahead in the market.

Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's growth and profitability.

Provide regular reports and updates to the management team, including sales pipelines, market insights, and progress against targets.


Requirements:


Extensive background and experience in the limousine industry, with a thorough understanding of luxury transportation services, customer expectations, and industry trends.

Established network of contacts within the UAE corporate sector, including decision
- makers, event planners, high-profile individuals, and luxury concierge services.

Excellent communication and presentation skills


  • Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Graduation + MBA
  • Valid UAE driving license is required.

Salary:
AED3, AED16,189.74 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- business development manager: 1 year (preferred)
Business Developments: 1 year (preferred)
