Train employers and recruiters on the useof the platform its tools and features Understand clients staffingneeds and ensure they find relevant profiles to contact forinterview and hiring Support clients HR teams by posting jobs forthem or conducting searches on the database Prompt and encourageclients to make maximum use of the subscription packages Regularlyupdate the CRM system with the latest developments on each clientCollaborate closely with account managers to support renewals andrevenue expansion opportunities Work with the product team totranslate client feedback into enhancements to the platformContribute tootheractivities in the firm as needed including admin HR or talentacquisition

4+ years of demonstrated experience in manual QA testing withanalysing requirements, executing and documenting tests andperforming automated, tool-driven testing scenarios Experience inAPI testing skills in Arabic contexts Able to communicate in Arabic(Proficiency level - B1 and above) Verify and sign off all productreleases Post release sanity checks and testing experience is amust Proven ability to take direction, but work independentlyExcellent oral and written communication skills and the ability toclearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders. Must bea team player who works well with technical and non-technicalresources Knowledge of SQL Querying skill is must Should haveexperience in API testing using Postman. Strong knowledge inWeb-Based application testing. Strong knowledge of software QAmethodologies, tools, and processes. Must be experienced in writingclear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.Hands-on experience with both white and black box testing.Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.Experience with performance/or and security testing is a huge plus.Experience with load testing is a huge plus.
