    • To ensure that all ambassadors areupdated with the latest administrative, organizational, operationalor other changes and news.
    • To be updated withthe competitors' offerings andrates.
    • To make regular room inspections andliaise with the Housekeeping Department on deviation from standardset-ups.
    • To liaise with Housekeeping Departmenton the scheduling of rooms for maintenanceprograms.
    • To liaise closely with the Sales,Revenue and Reservations on rate management.
    • Toconduct a daily line up briefing with the Front Office sectionheads to recapitulate tasks and activity.
    • Toattend any inter-departmental meeting using this opportunity toencourage the interactivity with the Front Office team and toreview the operational standards andprocedures.
    • To share daily activity highlightswith the Director of Rooms, including internal and external guestopportunities.
    • To assist the Director of Roomsin fulfilling administrative responsibilities and monitoringactivities. To replace him whenever needed.
    • Toentertain regular and potential clients.
    • Toensure the Accor loyalty programs are promoted and to build strongand long-term relationships with the guests.
    • Tobe an ambassador of the Front Office and of the hotel, in andoutside the work place.
    • To ensureuncompromising levels of cleanliness and maintenance through eachambassador's responsibility.
    • Toensure a proper use of the telephone etiquette as per Sofitelstandards.
    • To escort the guests rather thanpointing out directions.
    • To interview potentialcandidates and to assist in new ambassadors integration in liaisonwith the HR Department.
    • To create an atmosphereof high morale and a happy working relationship among theambassador.
