Description

Organize, coordinate, and control the activities of the Stewarding Department during and after the hours of operation in the Keita locations.

To supervise the day-to-day function of all Stewarding employees, cleanliness of the kitchen, its equipment & deep cleaning activities.

To comply with Keita Health, Safety and Hygiene policies.

To attend and contribute to all kitchen management meetings.

To maintain liaison with all other supervisors.

To control and analyze on an ongoing basis: Operating costs, Sanitation, cleanliness and hygiene.

To provide functional assistance and directions to the outlets.

To conduct, under the guidance of Executive Chef, functions such as interviewing, hiring, employee orientation, on-the-job performance, coaching and supervision necessary to ensure appropriate staffing and productivity.
