    Description

    TPFRecruitment is working with an established, multi sited charteredAccountancy practice with an outstanding reputation, to hire aPrivate Client Tax Manager, or Senior Manager for their office inRedhill.

    This role will comprise both compliance andadvisory and awareness of tax issues affecting HNWIs, andUHNWIs.

    The primary role will be to deliver taxplanning and advisory services in relation to private clients(these could possibly include: Non Dom & Internationalclients, Family office, Offshore, Inheritance Tax, Trusts andEstate planning). The objective is for the team to deliver a fullconsultative, compliance and planning service to individuals andtheir families.

    • Reporting directlyto the Partners, you will be responsible for the compliance andadvisory requirements of many Private ClientIndividuals.
    • You will beproviding general tax planning to the Firms clients along with taxadvisory projects with the Directors and Partners.
    • Managing acompliance portfolio of mainly personal and some partnership taxreturns to include monitoring of billing and work in progress,youll also meet and liaise with clients and potential clients todiscuss their tax affairs.
    • Youll assist in thereview of tax returns prepared by more junior members of staff.
    • Youll be involved intax planning issues, and youll have the autonomy to liaiseproactively with clients on advisorymatters.
    • Youll also have theopportunity to attend networking events, to promote the firm,should you wish.

    Requirements

    • ACA/CTAqualified.
    • High level oftechnical advisory expertise.
    • Self starter capableof motivating, driving and developing the team.
    • Able to demonstraterelevant practical experience in Private Client tax planning.
    • Ability tocommunicate effectively at all levels including excellentinter-personal skills in dealing with clients in person and reportwriting, with the ability to explain and simplify highly technicalpoint for clients to understand.
    • Ability to provideexcellent client care.
    • Strong relationshipbuilding, networking and business developmentskills.
