A dynamic and confident sales person with significant experience of selling to Salons/Spas/Aesthetic Clinics. We are looking for a team player with great Communication and Selling skills, and strong contacts in Professional Channel (Salons/Spas/Aesthetic Clinics) to drive sales of HEKA Trading products.
Tasks:
· Proactively approach Salons, Spas, Aesthetic Clinics to introduce our skin care product range. Able to make an effective sales pitch, secure contracts and negotiate terms and conditions.
· Engages in superior internal and external stakeholder management and customer service by making information readily available.
· Persists in generating sales even in the face of failure.
· Client support and post-sales customer care.
· Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary.
· Answers questions/requests from clients.
· Updates her own knowledge about the industry and our product range.
· Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly.
· Creates a plan for gaining and retaining customers.
· Analyses the competition to create a plan for engagement.
· Makes product appeal to the target market.
· Sets up and supervise booths at trade shows. Manage product demo.
· Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines and monthly and weekly sales targets.
Essentials:
· Familiar with and knowledgeable about professional channel sales environment for Skin Care products. Experience of negotiating business terms and conditions with salon, spas, aesthetic clinics, health centers.
· Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills in English.
· Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in Sales.
· Must have Mathematical and Analytical Skills.
· Must have database skills. Basic Computer Literacy - Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point, Email. Web literacy is a must have.
· Polite, well-groomed person with a friendly personality. Customer Service-oriented. Able to build client relationships to secure deals.
· Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
· Must be familiar with & able to do margin & selling price calculations.
· Ability to work and thrive under pressure.
· UAE Driving License with own car. MUST HAVE
· Self-motivated, able to find creative ways to make sales and deals with customers.
· Willing to drive within UAE for meetings, events and sales calls.
Additional Skills:
· Arabic language would be ideal but not a must have. Good English language is a Must Have.
· Experiences in selling products to Salon, Spa.
· Female (men can't enter women's salons).
