Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Administrative and Social Media Coordinator to join our team.

This role combines administrative duties with social media management, requiring strong organizational skills, creativity, and a passion for digital marketing.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform general administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist with office operations including maintaining supplies, organizing files, and coordinating office events.
  • Manage company social media accounts including content creation, posting, and engagement with followers.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and optimize content for maximum reach and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to design graphics, infographics, and other visual assets for social media.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
  • Assist in adhoc projects related to marketing, communications, or customer service.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in administrative support roles and social media management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms and social media management tools.
  • Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
