Job summary
The Human Capital Specialist supports the delivery of end-to-end HC services across the organization,- partnering closely with HCBPs and key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for Human Capital operational matters, policies, and employee inquiries.- Support talent management processes including performance management cycles, calibration, and employee development initiatives.
- Coordinate annual HC activities such as salary reviews, promotions, bonuses, and workforce planning exercises.
