Looking for a polished, professional and capable individual to provide full human resources, operations, executive and administrative support to the Executive Team.

You will continue to improve the company's reputation, culture and brand, exercising professionalism, integrity, diligence and discretion at all times.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Act as the point of contact for HR matters across the organisation, actioning any decisions taken.
  • Support the organisation's recruitment activity
  • Developing and reviewing job descriptions
  • Screening and shortlisting CVs
  • Conducting initial interviews
  • Carrying out reference checks
  • Manage onboarding preparing offer letters, employment documentation and induction programmes.
  • Administer and support the development of HR processes and procedures performance reviews, payroll, training plans, sick and annual leave.
  • Manage and administer all visa, ID Cards and immigration related matters in the UAE.
  • Administer employee health insurance provisions.
  • Manage and maintain internal record keeping and document retention systems (soft and hard copy) for the HR function.
  • Manage any staff departures including final salary calculation letters, exit interviews and departure procedures, ensuring processes align with company policies and culture.
  • Ensure office space is maintained to a high standard.
  • Manage the operations budget.
  • Organise meetings, ensure equipment is functioning and provide refreshments.
  • Ensure office Health & Safety requirements are in place and compliant with best practices.
  • Prepare an office Operations Manual and update regularly.
  • Organise special occasions and events.
  • Provide administrative support including document, spreadsheet and presentation production.
  • Undertake research requests and provide analysis and recommendations of findings.
  • Undertake ad hoc tasks and project work as required.
  • Act as back up to the Executive Assistant as necessary.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
