    Role and Responsibilities

    ●Manages the daily aspects of the Account Executives that handle the business segment of Flower Shops to ensure the established KPIs are met.

    Key Duties:

    ·Achieve the Revenue Target:

    oDrive the growth online by escalating and actively eliminating the offline sales activities.

    oManage the account executive to achieve the monthly and annual revenue target that is set by managing the growth drivers (active clients (acquisition, registered but not ordering, inactive, blocked & churned), basket size and frequency)

    oAssist the growth manager in planning and implementing strategies to achieve the company's vision and targets.

    oImplement and supervise the onboarding process for the acquired accounts.

    oIdentify the VIP clients for each business segment and meet their requirements on a timely basis.

    oEvaluate team members' performance and identify and escalate training and hiring needs.

    ·Achieve the Collection Target:

    oAssist the team to achieve the collection target set by ensuring the clients are adhering to the established credit policies of the company.

    ·Achieve the Margin Target:

    oAssist the team to achieve the margin target set per business category by ensuring the account executives are correctly managing the margin where possible.

    ·Others:

    oAid in developing, coordinating and enforcing systems, policies, procedures and productivity standards for the team.

    oHelp in coaching and counseling the team to achieve departmental objectives.

    oAny other responsibility that may be handed over by the management.

    Purpose of the position

    Lead the growth of sales in Retail channels via enlarging flower-shops market-share, develop account executive, drive more revenue and dominating share of wallet.
