Manager Special Projects & Performance Jobs In Dubai | TalabatFor More Top Organization Jobs Click HereThis role is responsible for managing analytical and reporting projects to better assist management in maximizing resources in various departments or lines of business, designing, developing, and maintaining of ongoing performance metrics, reports and dashboards to drive key business decisions.

Analysing marketing & sales data and create reports, ad hoc requests, presentations, analyses, dashboards, etc. in order to provide insights to determine operational impact, trends, and opportunities.

This role requires a thorough understanding of data analysis tools and techniquesResponsibilities:

Design, development, and maintain of ongoing performance metrics, reports and dashboards to drive key business decisionsPerform deep dive analyses of business problems and formulate conclusions and recommendations to be presented to senior leadershipIdentify, develop& optimize growth channels to drive revenues growthAnalyse marketing/ Sales data and users' feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to decision making future marketing strategiesExperiment new ideas and investigate results for better potentiality of Growth and achieve targets through different channelsProvide inputs & expertise to drive efficiency of different business activitiesWork closely across teams with other teams to share ideas, feedback & present resultLeverage existing tools to improve back-end data sources for increased accuracy and simplicityEstablish reporting standards and engage data engineering to deliver automated solutions, where possible (this is based on resources and MIS we have)Simplify and automate reporting and other data-driven activities; build solutions to have maximum scale and self-service ability by stakeholders


Requirements:
Strong analytical background with hands on experienceStrong service orientationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical mindsetProficiency and demonstrated experience in: SQL, Python, Excel, Tableaustrong problem solving, decision making skills and data driven approach
