Manage plant production activities across multiple shifts and departments to manufacture products that meet established quality standards.

Creating, planning and organising production schedules to ensure orders are delivered on time.
Analyse current production processes and procedures to identify areas for improvements.
Implement improvement initiatives to improve quality and increase efficiency.
Hire, motivate and lead a team of production staff, team leaders and coordinators.
Evaluate and manage the performances of employees to ensure daily targets are met.
Hold employees accountable for their job duties in a fair, consistent, and professional manner. Suggest/recommend disciplinary action as needed.
Assessing project and resource requirements
Collaborate with management to understand objectives and requirements.
Enforcing all health and safety regulations and training staff when necessary.
Renegotiating timescales or schedules as necessary

- organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment

Requirements:

5 years of handson experience in production management and leading a multi disciplined production team.
Engineering qualification in mechanical or composite engineering.
Excellent organization, time management, and leadership skill.
Experience managing teams, including onboarding, training and performance management.
Experience using ERP software, project management tools and MS Office.
The ability to work under pressure and multitask.

Salary:
From AED15,000.00 per month
