    Description
    The University of Sharjah seeks to hire a Full Professor of Linguistics to commence his/her duties in August 2024.

    The position requires a PhD holder in Linguistics from a native English-speaking country and from a recognized and an accredited university by the Ministry of Education/UAE.

    The candidate must demonstrate an ability to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in linguistics and translation. The candidate should also have a solid record of high-quality publications relevant to his/her qualification published in Scopus.
