Senior Associate / AVP - Investment Banking / Structured Finance
A leading international bank is looking to appoint a Senior Associate / AVP in their Investment Banking/ Structured Finance Department, situated within the Middle East Industry & Advisory Unit. The bank covers a wide range of products including Project Finance, Corporate Finance and M&A across various sectors such as Infrastructure, Power & Renewable Energy, Data Centers, TMT, Transportation and the like. The role will involve some client exposure and extensive collaboration with various regions and teams. The role requires strong analytical skills and will involve a heavy focus on financial structuring including the preparation of financial models and driving the mandate execution process as well as preparation of pitches and the like. Strong communication skills with first rate financial modeling experience in a large global financial institution and meticulous attention to detail is essential. The role is based with a leading Bank and with one of the best known and most active Investment Banking teams in the region.
