Description

Design and implement the Offshore Construction Strategy related to Platform installation and brownfield/greenfield hook-up activities.

Manage the 'Offshore Installation' Design and Construction Teams, and the Hook-Up Teams and any brownfield onshore construction work related to platform installation and brownfield/greenfield hook-up activities.

Assist in preparing and implementing Project Execution Plan.
Implement project safety and protection of environment.
Carry out incident / accident investigations reporting related to Platform Installation work and/or brownfield work.
Support and cordon the offshore execution phase, considering assistance during the preparatory engineering phase as well.
Participate in the recruitment of hook-up staff as per project requirement and activity workload.
Participate in the selection of the hook-up support vessel and spread for project.
Prepare hook-up procedures, work sequences, man-hours estimates, planning development, execution plans of project.
Define and follow Mobilization / Demobilization plan of personnel required for project.
Define and follow Mobilization / Demobilization of Materials, Equipment's required for project.
Define Procurement plan for project relative to equipment, materials, consumables, subcontractors needs.
Follow-up procurement, utilization, maintenance, storage of the hook-up equipment and tools during project execution.
