Have experience in Payroll and Oasys SystemBe well versed on mandatory HR policies & procedures, and online government systems in order to provide advice on current practices and onboarding employeesBe knowledgeable of the UAE's Labour laws and proceduresManage end-to-end recruitment cycle from creative sourcing to complex closing across the UAE and other countriesDevelop and maintain confidential departmental and employee files and databasesCoordinate employee recruitment process, as appropriate, ensuring search documentation is accurate, consistent and complete
