Description

• Manage and monitor multipleengagements and/or teams activities and commit to delivering ontime and quality in line with expectations for Risk, Crisis, andBCM-related projects.
• Ensuring that the Riskand Resilience initiatives undertaken are aligned with the overallbusiness requirements, vision, and objectives ofclients
• Ability to implement, maintain andupdate Risk and Resilience strategies, recovery plans, andarrangements as and when required forclients
• Ability to provide Risk and Resiliencetraining when required
• Ability to develop Riskand Resilience plans, manuals, policies, andprocedures
• Advise/consult with necessaryparties in formulating, reviewing, and revisingdeliverables
• Conducts risk assessments forvarious departments and functions for clients, analyzing thepotential business impact of unpredictable business interruptionssuch as natural disasters, security breaches, legal claims,reputations, and health and safety.
• Ability toapply Risk and Resilience framework as per international standardsand framework including (ISO31000, ISO22301, COSO, andNCEMA)
• Collaborate to develop and implementbest practices of ERM, Crisis Management, andBCM.
• Lead initiative to increase effectivenessand efficiency in service delivery
• Create Riskand Resilience forms including KRIs, KPIs, andReports
• Business development including RFPs andproposals

Requirements:

• Min1-2 years relevant experience in Risk Management , with ITbackground preferred
• BA/BS in BusinessAdministration, IT, Risk Management, or a relatedfield.
• Strong Client ServicingPrinciple
• Language Skills: Excellentcommunication skills (verbal and written). Fluent in English(Arabic knowledge ispreferrable).
