Responsibilities:
Implement OCM strategies using established frameworks
Support regional change approaches and advise senior stakeholders
Create strategic messages for project education
Develop communication materials and support training launches
Build strong relationships with regional stakeholders
Qualifications:
Demonstrate exceptional communication abilities
Possess expertise in orchestrating change plans within intricate stakeholder environments
Effectively handle multiple projects concurrently
Display strong communication skills and confidence in engaging with stakeholders
Showcase IT proficiency, specifically in internal communication tools
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience
Essential background in ERP/CRM and expertise in Organizational Change Management
