Role's Objective:

TruKKer is looking for a
Human Resource Manager.

This role will report to Chief People's Officer, and work closely with Human Resources and Business Teams teams to deliver the best People experiences and business outcomes possible through leveraging People and technology.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:


Recruitment and Staffing:

  • Planning and managing the organization's staffing needs.
  • Developing job descriptions and specifications.
  • Leading recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.

Employee Relations:

  • Handling employee grievances, disputes, and concerns.
  • Mediating conflicts between employees or between employees and management.
  • Promoting a positive work environment and ensuring employee satisfaction.

Training and Development:

  • Identifying training needs and organizing training programs for employees' skill enhancement.
  • Creating development plans for employees to support their career growth.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives.

Performance Management:

  • Implementing and Managing performance appraisal systems.
  • Setting performance goals and expectations for employees.
  • Conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Developing and administering compensation and benefits programs.
  • Managing payroll processes and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Employee Policies and Compliance:

  • Creating and enforcing workplace policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Handling legal and regulatory issues related to human resources.

Workforce Planning and Succession Management:

  • Forecasting future workforce needs and planning for recruitment and development.
  • Identifying potential leaders and planning for succession within the organization.

Employee Engagement and Communication:

  • Developing strategies to enhance employee engagement and motivation.
  • Facilitating effective communication between management and employees.

HR Data Management and Reporting:

  • Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Generating reports on key HR metrics and trends for management.

Change Management:

  • Assisting in managing organizational change, such as mergers, restructuring, or process changes.
  • Communicating changes to employees and helping them adapt.

Health and Safety:

  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Promoting a safe and healthy work environment for employees.

Employee Development and Career Pathing:

  • Advising employees on career development opportunities.
  • Identifying potential areas for growth within the organization.

Education:
MBA or Equivalent degree in HR


Language :
English - Fluent

Job Experience: - 8 years' experience in the same or similar capacity with a large company

Excellent understanding of HR Systems.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Power point and Excel


Salary:
AED14, AED18,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • HR Manager: 4 years (required)
