- Generate innovative and visually appealing design concepts for various marketing materials, including but not limited to social media graphics, web assets, print collateral, and promotional materials (reels, flyers, motion flyers).
- Collaborate with the production team, including photographers and videographers, to integrate visual elements seamlessly into design projects.
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand client requirements and translate them into compelling visual solutions.
- Ensure consistency in design elements and brand guidelines across all projects to maintain a cohesive and recognizable brand identity for our clients.
- Work closely with the account managers to understand the client's brand aesthetics and incorporate them into the design process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account managers, and the production team, to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns that meet client objectives.
- Provide design support for presentations, pitches, and team meetings.
- Demonstrate effective stress management skills in handling tight deadlines and pressure situations.
- Maintain composure and focus in a fast-paced environment to consistently deliver high-quality design work.
- Adapt and pivot creatively to meet changing project requirements and client needs.

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in a marketing or advertising agency setting.
- Proficient in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Knowledge of web design principles and experience creating assets for online platforms.
- Showcase a diverse portfolio that demonstrates a strong understanding of design principles, creativity, and the ability to work on various types of projects.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.'
