As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in crafting visually stunning and impactful materials that will elevate our clients' brands.

    Responsibilities

    Conceptualization and Design:

    • Generate innovative and visually appealing design concepts for various marketing materials, including but not limited to social media graphics, web assets, print collateral, and promotional materials (reels, flyers, motion flyers).
    • Collaborate with the production team, including photographers and videographers, to integrate visual elements seamlessly into design projects.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to understand client requirements and translate them into compelling visual solutions.

    Brand Consistency:

    • Ensure consistency in design elements and brand guidelines across all projects to maintain a cohesive and recognizable brand identity for our clients.
    • Work closely with the account managers to understand the client's brand aesthetics and incorporate them into the design process.

    Creative Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account managers, and the production team, to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns that meet client objectives.
    • Provide design support for presentations, pitches, and team meetings.

    Stress Management:

    • Demonstrate effective stress management skills in handling tight deadlines and pressure situations.
    • Maintain composure and focus in a fast-paced environment to consistently deliver high-quality design work.

    Flexibility:

    • Adapt and pivot creatively to meet changing project requirements and client needs.
    • Embrace a flexible mindset, readily adjusting to evolving design challenges and project dynamics.

    Stay Updated on Design Trends:

    • Stay abreast of industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continually enhance the quality and relevance of our design output.

    Skills & Experience

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in a marketing or advertising agency setting.

    Technical Skills:

    • Proficient in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
    • Knowledge of web design principles and experience creating assets for online platforms.

    Portfolio:

    • Showcase a diverse portfolio that demonstrates a strong understanding of design principles, creativity, and the ability to work on various types of projects.

    Communication Skills:

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale effectively.

    Time Management:
