Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Agent to join our team in Dubai.

As a Real Estate Agent, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

This is a part-time, on-site role. (4-Hour Work)

Responsibilities:

Generate leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, and marketing efforts.
Conduct property showings to potential buyers and renters, showcasing the features and benefits of each property.
Advise clients on market conditions, property prices, and financing options to help them make informed decisions.
Prepare and present offers to sellers and buyers, negotiating terms and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process.
Facilitate the closing process by coordinating with all parties involved, including attorneys, lenders, and inspectors.
Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide accurate and timely information to clients.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
