About the Role SES seeks a qualified and experienced administrator, educated to Degree level, who will be responsible in helping with daily administrative tasks.


Finance Assistant - (Emirati National Only)

The Finance assistant carry out a range of day-to-day financial and accounting administrative tasks.

They provide essential support to senior finance and accounting staff, in order to keep the department running efficiently.

Main responsibilities
School trip management

  • Collect information from the teacher.
  • Prepare invoices according tax rules for School trips.
  • Receive the payments.
  • Prepare summaries of the payment for the accountants.
  • Summarize the costs and close the school trip financial summary.
  • Coordinate with Arabic relations department for SPEA declaration.
Extra-curricular classes

  • Collect the information from the teachers about the participating students.
  • Follow up receivable and payments related to those activities
  • Issue invoices with VAT and coordinate with the accountant.
  • Collect the payment, chase unpaid fees.
Any additional finance admin tasks related to Account payable and account receivable.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor in Administration/Accoutning


  • Fluent English

  • MANDATORY


  • Excel : advanced

  • MANDATORY
  • Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Familiar with modern IT systems such as Sage, Engage, Google and Microsoft Applications.
  • Familiar with numbers and Basic accounting knowledge.
  • First experience as receptionist /admin /accounting.
  • Highly organised and proactive.
  • Ability to work to and meet deadlines.

Part-time hours: 24 per week


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
