    Key Responsibilities
    • 1. Global SEO Ownership
      • Own and execute SEO strategy across multi-country and multi-language websites
      • Manage and optimize 1M+ indexed pages across clustered domains and properties
      • Design scalable SEO architectures for country folders, language variants, subdomains, and large content ecosystems
      • Balance global SEO consistency with local market performance
      • Partner closely with engineering teams on rendering strategies including SSR, ISR, and CSR
      • Improve crawlability, indexation, site performance, and Core Web Vitals Lead log-file analysis, crawl budget optimization, and index control at scale
    • 3. Programmatic, Semantic, and Geo SEO
      • Design and scale programmatic SEO systems capable of generating thousands to millions of pages
      • Build semantic topic clusters, entity-based content systems, and internal linking frameworks
      • Implement geo-specific and market-specific SEO strategies
      • Ensure content quality governance, index hygiene, and long-term sustainability
    • 4. Al-Driven SEO and Search Evolution
      • Leverage Al tools and automation in daily SEO workflows including analysis, content systems, experimentation, and reporting
      • Understand how large language models work and how content is retrieved, summarized, and referenced
      • Optimize content and site structure for Al-powered search and discovery
      • Extend SEO strategy beyond traditional search results into emerging Al-driven surfaces
    • 5. Leadership, Ownership, and Accountability
      • Act as the global SEO owner with full accountability for performance and outcomes
      • Lead, mentor, and develop SEO team members and external partners Drive prioritization, execution discipline, and delivery across initiatives
      • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Content, Data, and Regional teams
      • Translate SEO performance into clear business impact for senior leadership
    Must Have
    • 7 to 10+ years of SEO experience with significant exposure to large-scale platforms
    • Proven experience managing more than 1M indexed pages
    • Strong international and multilingual SEO experience
    • Hands-on technical SEO expertise
    • Proven programmatic SEO execution
    • Strong ownership and accountability mindset
    • Hands-on team leadership experience
    • Ability to effectively leverage Al in daily SEO tasks and workflows
