- Completion of engineering tasks fromconcept design through construction closeout including developmentof construction drawings, specifications, calculations, and costestimates
- Development and execution of projectplans and specifications
- Work reliably andproactively within multi-discipline project teams
- Bachelor's in mechanicalengineering
- 5-10 years of HVAC designexperience for either public and/or private sector; previousconsulting experience highly desired
- Solidunderstanding of state and national building and energy codes andstandards
- Must be familiar with HVAC loadcalculation software and Revit
- Highly developedcommunication skills, both oral and written
- PElicense in one or more states would bepreferred.
- US Citizenship is a must, since mostof our projects are for federalclients
