Scope of Work:


The primary responsibility of the Quality Control Executive is to ensure the quality and accuracy of data being collected by the Research team.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Review and validate data collected during market research studies to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project guidelines
  • Perform quality checks on questionnaires, survey instruments, and data collection procedures to identify any discrepancies or errors
  • Develop and implement quality control measures and standard operating procedures to enhance the quality of data collection and reporting
  • Conduct thorough data analysis and validation to identify outliers, inconsistencies, and data quality issues
  • Collaborate with research teams to resolve datarelated queries and provide guidance on quality control procedures
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of quality control processes and findings
  • Monitor and track the progress of market research projects to ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to the research team for process improvement and data quality enhancement
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to market research quality control.
  • Develop questionnaire scripts using the companys specialized software or programming languages.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field (preferred)
  • At least 2 to 3 years of data quality control or similar
  • Proven experience in market research, data quality control, or a related role
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen eye for detail
Proficient in using statistical analysis software and data management tools

  • Excellent knowledge of research methodologies and data collection techniques
  • Familiarity with data cleaning, validation, and manipulation techniques
