    Description
    • Facilitate the creation of and timely delivery of high-quality CME accredited activities and programmes
    • Coordinate the process of sourcing, selecting, and appointing marketing agencies as needed to organize required activities and events
    • Serve as the front-line of communication with activity directors, event management / PCO agencies, events participants, sales representatives/ sponsors, and vendors as it relates to the coordination of CME programs
    • Understand and reinforce relevant policies and procedures – internal and/or external, as well as all applicable accreditation guidelines to ensure compliance
    • Ensure all media, communication and marketing materials used for activities and programmes are accurate, compliant and abide by the CCAD branding guidelines
    • Coordinate all meetings and discussions related to CME events, ensuring correct representation from all parties for all meetings, including: kick off meetings, feasibility study review, project status meeting, post-event wrap up meetings
    • On-site coordination and management of all events logistics including attendee travel, hotel room and meeting space requirements, coordination with AV, and overseeing all tasks completed by the appointed event management/ PCO agency
    • Maintain a project plan and log for all CME activities and provide updates as needed in a timely, accurate, and effective manner
    • Ensure all events requests are submitted to the CME Board for approval in a timely mannor supporting activity directors with the collation of all required documentation ahead of the board presentation
    • Implement processes to streamline the planning, execution, follow up, and cost containment of CME programs including the management of all third party contracts, engagement letters and financial reports
    • Responsible to collaborate with CME coordinator and ensure the compiling and submitting of all regulatory and compliance documentation for accredited CME programs
    • Measure and improve the impact of CME programmes in accordance to CCAD CME mission
    • Establish and maintain a network of CME contributors, create engagement, and build trust
    • Collaborate with colleagues in different institutes and departments such as, Academic Operations, QPSI, to collect data needed to report on the outcomes of different CME programmes
    • Establish a reporting process to gather timely and accurate outcomes data, analyze it, and write/ produce required outcomes reports. Ensuring accurate records for all event and filing of event documentation.
    • Review and consult on budgets created by events management/PCO companies for CME activities
    • Provide timely briefs for CCAD Marketing Department for all internal and external communication requirements for upcoming medical education events
    • Assist for all marketing requirements for educational events
    • Draft CME annual outcomes reports
    • Perform all other duties as required

    QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communication Studies
    • At least 3 years of experience in organizing events such as, conferences, marketing campaigns, learning events
    • Strong written and verbal communication
    • Tracker record of vendor negotiation
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Project management certification such as, PMP is a plus
