A Start-Up architectural firm based in Dubai looking for a Junior Architect and 3D Visualizer/Artist with enough experience working directly with the design architects to create high quality photo-realistic exterior and interior renders for client presentations (mainly villa projects)Producing visualisations is the main element of the job but also includes illustration, 2D graphics and design report presentations.
Key Skills:
- Producing high quality photorealistic exterior and interior rendering for client presentations.
- Excellent knowledge and expertise with3D modelling, rendering and post production software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3DsMax, V-Ray, Lumion, After-Effects, Photoshop, illustrator, InDesign.
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Adequate Revit expertise is a plus.
- Adequate knowledge in Autocad.
- Capable of delivering work in a timely manner.
- Communication Skills
- English verbal and written.
Requirements:
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
- A relevant graduate level qualification or equivalent is preferable but not essential.
- Proven adequate post graduation experience showcased in a portfolio of highquality renderings (preferably with private villa projects in the Gulf region).
- Experience within an architectural practice is an advantage.
- An interest in art/architecture and an understanding of design principals in critical.
- Demonstrate a keen eye for detail, composition and visual narrative.
- Possess and communicate strong technical knowledge on the production of images and illustrations.
