Are you a hands on professional with a passion for construction and project execution? Lilli Palmer Building Contracting is looking for an experienced Foreman to join our growing team.
As a Foreman, you'll play a key role in managing on-site operations from quoting and sourcing to full project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit sites and prepare quotations based on client requirements for maintenance, renovation, civil, and MEP works.
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily work on site.
- Source and coordinate labor, materials, and subcontractors.
- Monitor progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Handle client communications, including follow-ups and project updates.
- Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards.
- (Bonus) Prepare and interpret basic MEP drawings and layouts.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Foreman or similar role in building contracting.
- Strong technical knowledge in civil, electrical, and plumbing works.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- 2+ years of UAE experience and driving license preferred.
