Accountant - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Migration Bureau
Description
HR Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Helping PRO to process employee's employment visa and proper tracking them
- Maintain employee records, including personal and employment information, attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate employee benefits, such as health insurance and retirement plans.
- Manage employee relations, including addressing employee grievances and conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining HRrelated documents.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees, filtering queries accordingly, providing accurate responses as per respective company policies.
Accounting Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial records, such as ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Reconcile accounts, including bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing and collections.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting department, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining accountingrelated documents.
- Prepare Staff Payroll via WPS
- Implementation of audit reports
- Cashflow monitoring
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Maintaining petty cash.
- Disbursement of salaries including overtime calculations through WPS
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
- Attested Degree in Accountancy or related field.
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience in financial accounting and HR
- Highly proficient in reading, speaking, and writing English.
- Multitasking and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Able to produce financial statements, watch budgets, and control accounts
- Able to work autonomously
- Strong computing skills
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, and Outlook.
- Patient and able to deal with pressure.
- Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures.
- Must have experience in salary transfers via WPS
- Knowledge about adding employees for WPS
Salary:
AED2, AED3,500.00 per month
