HR Responsibilities:


  • Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Helping PRO to process employee's employment visa and proper tracking them
  • Maintain employee records, including personal and employment information, attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate employee benefits, such as health insurance and retirement plans.
  • Manage employee relations, including addressing employee grievances and conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining HRrelated documents.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees, filtering queries accordingly, providing accurate responses as per respective company policies.

Accounting Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and maintain financial records, such as ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Reconcile accounts, including bank statements and general ledger accounts.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing and collections.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting department, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining accountingrelated documents.
  • Prepare Staff Payroll via WPS
  • Implementation of audit reports
  • Cashflow monitoring
  • Manage all accounting transactions
  • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
  • Maintaining petty cash.
  • Disbursement of salaries including overtime calculations through WPS

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

  • Attested Degree in Accountancy or related field.
  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience in financial accounting and HR
  • Highly proficient in reading, speaking, and writing English.
  • Multitasking and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Able to produce financial statements, watch budgets, and control accounts
  • Able to work autonomously


  • Strong computing skills

  • Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, and Outlook.
  • Patient and able to deal with pressure.
  • Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures.
  • Must have experience in salary transfers via WPS
  • Knowledge about adding employees for WPS

Salary:
AED2, AED3,500.00 per month
