    Description

    Job Requirement:

    • Review and verify pipe support fabrication drawings, ensuring alignment with project specifications, industry codes, and client requirements.
    • Conduct thorough quality checks of detailed fabrication drawings, including dimensional accuracy, material specifications, and weld details.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant project-specific standards and guidelines.
    • Coordinate with pipe support detailers, piping designers, and engineers to resolve discrepancies and ensure clarity in final drawings.
    • Approve drawings for release to fabrication and construction, maintaining strict documentation and revision control.
    • Provide feedback and recommendations for improving drawing accuracy, clarity, and quality assurance processes.
    • Strong analytical skills for identifying discrepancies.
    • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Navisworks, or similar tools is a plus

    Skills and Qualifications:

    Education: Degree in engineering technology, or a related field.

    Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in structural or pipe support detailing and checking, ideally within the oil & gas, petrochemical, or related industries.
