Description:

• TheChief Financial Officer at KeolisMHI is responsible for providingstrategic financial guidance to the company while leading andmanaging the Finance Procurement and IT functions. The role reportsdirectly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and is responsiblefor ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.The incumbent must understand the metro system and the KeolisMHIpolicies in place. Such knowledge is expected to be partiallyselfacquired and based on training on metro operation metromaintenance fare system andmarketing.

Responsibilities:

• Drivethe companys financial planning andperformance.
• Provide sound advice the Boards ofDirectors and the CEO on strategy.
• Direct thepreparation of financial reports and summaries and createforecasts.
• Participate in the maximizationefforts of retail activities and farerevenue.

Requirements:

• Strategicthinking the ability to think longterm and make decisions thatalign with the companys goals andobjectives.
• Problem solving the ability toanalyse complex financial information and develop effectivesolutions to financialchallenges.
• Communication: the ability tocommunicate financial information clearly and effectively to bothinternal and external stakeholders. And the ability to explaincomplex financial concepts to nonfinancialstakeholders.
• Decision making the ability tomake sound and timely decisions weighing the potential risks/benefits of various options.
• Teamwork stronginterpersonal skills and the ability to establish trust withexecutives and managers at all levels yield positive results aswell as manage and motivate ownteam.
