Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team who will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, analyzing data, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financial transactions, maintain compliance with accounting standards and coordinate with third-party auditors.

Required:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Must have Minimum 2 Yrs. Work experience as an Accountant in Abu Dhabi or UAE
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in using accounting software and ERP systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred:
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.

Job description:

Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Documents financial transactions by auditing account information of purchasing orders externally and internally, revises all the LPOs and ILPOs.
Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Prepares payments to suppliers and labs by verifying documentation.
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial proposal information confidential.
Monitors all Post

- dated checks and make sure to inform the Management before the clearing date of the cheques.

Collects the money from the Cashier Cash Box and do a piece counting, this should tally with the report generated.
Records all income received from patients and insurance on a weekly basis.
Reconciles if the transactions posted in the system tallies with the actual merchant report.
Coordinate with the 3rd party Auditors for Tax Return Processing and submission.
