• Installing, maintainingand repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems andequipment.
  
• Carry outwarranty services and emerging repairs.
  
• Inspectand maintain refrigerators and icemachines.
  
• Diagnosingelectrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
  
• Performpreventive maintenance to reduce down time.
  
• Maintainall cooling systems to reduce down time.
  
• Performingemergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
  
• Keepingdaily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
  
• Ensuringcompliance with appliance standards and with occupational healthand safety.
  
• Complyingwith service standards, work instructions and safety requirements.
  
• Performregular work on cooling units.
  
• Install,maintain and repair indoor air cooling units.
  
• Actpromptly on work orders that relate to your area of work and filethem.
  
• Report allfaults verbally and in writing to your supervisor.
  
• Testsystems for proper functioning and performing emergency repairs.
  
• Recorddata when inspecting systems, such as temperature of equipment,fuel consumption and hours of operation.
  
• Setting upcanopies for events when the need arises.
  
• Minorrepairs on water systems (Bathroom showers, Taps, Toilet etc.)
  
• Generalwalk around routine check-list especially on cooling systemsetc.
  

Requirements

• TechnicalCollege / OND (Electrical/Electronic Engineering) / Trade Test 1,11 & 111.
  
• Minimumfive (5) years experience as an Air Conditioning Technician.
  
• Highlyskilled, energetic and familiar with best practices.
  
• Goodhands-on practical experience in installation, operation, andmaintenance.
  
• Goodcommunication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectivelyin a team and with minimalsupervision.
  

Technical College / OND (Electrical/Electronic Engineering) / TradeTest 1, 11 & 111. Minimum five (5) years experience as an AirConditioning Technician. Highly skilled, energetic and familiarwith best practices. Good hands-on practical experience ininstallation, operation, and maintenance. Good communication andinterpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team and withminimal supervision.
