KellerHaldren is seeking an ambitious, independent-minded recruiter to join our partner network in the UAE.We are looking for a talented recruiter who wants the autonomy of running their own operation while leveraging the infrastructure, brand recognition, and support of an established global recruitment organization.

    EssentialMinimum 5 years recruitment experienceDemonstrated ability to manage full recruitment lifecycle independentlyStrong client relationship management skillsSelf-starter mentality with business development capabilitiesStrong understanding of employment law and recruitment practicesExcellent communication skills (fluency in English essential)DesirableExisting client base or business pipelineSpecialization in high-demand sectorsExperience with recruitment technology and CRM systemsPrevious experience running a business or managing P&LEstablished network within your business communityBuild Your Business, With Enterprise-Level BackingEnjoy complete operational autonomy while leveraging the credibility of an established global brand.
