- Education construction +architecture.
- Availability of an engineercertificate card under the G+unl license inDubai.
- Work experience in Dubai - from 8 years,at least 5 years as construction director, chief projectengineer.
- The number of completed projects inDubai (general contractor license G+unl) is at least3x.
- Experience working with Nakheel, Trakheesi,DLD and other regulatory authorities.
- In-depthknowledge of the Dubai Building Code and other regulatorydocuments.
- Experience and control ofsubcontractors.
- Experience working withsuppliers for all positions, UAE,import.
- Experience in optimizing project costs:revision of design solutions, recalculation of volumes, loads, useof modern technologies and materials.
- Must bean russian speaker
