    Skills & Experience

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in A/C Manufacturing Company or equivalent.
  • Can read and understand engineering drawing.
  • Familiar with measuring instruments.
  • Good verbal and written communication in English is an advantage.

  • Knowledgeable in practical application of principles, procedures, & techniques in HVAC production of various goods and services.
  • Knowledgeable in HVAC tool's operation, usage, maintenance, and designs.

    • Duties, Responsibilities & Authorities

  • Assembles components to complete the operation specified to him by following instructions of chargehand & foreman.
  • Identify correct components for assembly by checking tags or confirming with chargehand.
  • Reports for work "on-time".
  • Achieves production targets by performing operation in the given time.
  • Wear Protective Preventive Equipment (PPE) in the work area at all times
  • Maintains a high level of safety at all times
  • Maintains clean working environment by complying with company procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Performs efficiently and effectively any other tasks to be assigned by the Chargehand / Foreman.

    • QHSE & Excellence Standards

  • Comply with the Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental standards and respective QHSE policies,procedures and guidelines
  • Commitment to deliver effective service to all parties dealing with them.
  • Assure the achievements of department's objectives and relevant KPIs.
