Description

To respond to enquiries and offer value propositions to convert prospects into clients, manage key accounts and will be responsible for overseeing all administration within the training institute and supporting trainers with all admin support.


Responsibilities:


  • Training Enquiry Management - Converting Leads into Sales
  • Training Proposal, Quote and Accounts Management
  • Key Account Management and Engagement
  • Training Co-ordination and Administration

Qualifications

  • Any Graduate ideally with emphasis in communications, management, administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of similar work experience
  • Experience working with small/medium businesses
  • Prior experience in Sales conversion is a must
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and writing skills are required
