Description

As a Packing Helper, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse or packing department. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the packing and preparation of products for shipment.

This role involves physical tasks, attention to detail, and collaboration with other team members to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our packing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the packing and labeling of products according to established standards and procedures.
Collaborate with the warehouse team to prioritize and fulfill packing orders in a timely manner.
Ensure that all packed items are accurately labeled, documented, and ready for shipment.
Inspect products for any defects or damages before packing and report any issues to the supervisor.
Organize and maintain an orderly work area, including packing materials and supplies.
Operate packaging machinery and equipment, following safety guidelines.
Assist in the loading and unloading of goods as needed.
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a warehouse or packing role.
Physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry packages of varying weights.
Attention to detail and the ability to follow packing instructions accurately.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Basic knowledge of safety procedures and the ability to follow them rigorously.
