Responsibilities:

Conduct product feature planning and product iteration, solution design, project implementation and acceptance according to product strategy, market research and product status.
Develop product version update and operation plan and complete project verification
Analyze product data, explore user needs, continuously adjust and optimize the product.
Responsible for related products, close cooperation with staff from various departments to ensure smooth product development.
Research competitors' product iteration and contents, discovering the steps and directions of competitors' product development and then optimize our own products.
Experience in cryptocurrency exchange/IM is preferred.

Requirements:

Must live in UAE already
Must be able to speak Chinese and English
Chinese ethnicity preferred
Familiar with product design and development process, with more than 3 years of product experience, able to propose corresponding product solutions according to the project background.
Strong product design skills, able to complete both front and backend product design and control the smooth implementation of projects.
Requires strong initiative, responsibility, careful and logical, as well as the perseverance to settle down and deal with simple work requirements for a longer period of time.
Ability to integrate quickly into a team and work across departments.
Ability to analyse data, sensitive to data, good at identifying problems from statistical analysis and continuous attention to improvement.
Good crossfunctional communication and coordination skills. Good learning, written expression and execution skills, with a strong sense of responsibility and cooperation.
