    The Role
    • Conducting Market research and scouting to obtain market intelligence that should be necessary for understanding the competitors. Develop a sales strategy with existing client database and Broker network to achieve sales goals. Establishing Building and developing Relationships with Broker agencies and customers through continuous follow ups to establish repeated purchases and referrals. Presentation of the offplan projects to customers managing tasks related to contract negotiation and completion. Effectively managing client enquiries concerns and objections. Prospecting New clients in multiple acceptable methods and working hand in hand with Marketing team. Conducting project launches and regular campaign announcements to clients. Conducting Sales with utmost quality in compliance to Policies and processes. Effective Lead management. Promptly updating sales records and customer data in salesforce.
    Requirements
    • A bachelors degree holder. A minimum of 4 years experience as sales manager in Real Estate Development Company. Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction and achieving company objectives. Excellent organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to multitask Agility to problem solving and working effectively under pressure as both part of a team or independently Strong strategic and analytical approach Proficient typing and communications skills both Verbally and in written format. Fluent in English speaking and writing additional language is a plus. Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (including Excel and Outlook) CRM tools Proper presentation skills articulate and besuited to represent the company
