Job summary
The Employee Performance & Learning and Development Senior Officer supports the execution of Floward's performance management and learning initiatives through hands-on coordination, system administration, and operational support.Key Responsibilities
- Support HRBPs and line managers in collecting and consolidating Training Needs Analysis (TNA) inputs across functions and countries.
- Maintain and regularly update the centralized training needs tracker and learning plans.
