    Regis Abu Dhabi. POSITION SUMMARY POSITION PURPOSE The Butler Supervisor is responsible for training and supervising the butlers. Welcoming the guests and make them feel at home. Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the guest rooms, corridors and heart of the house. Coordinates the high quality and personalized service the butlers provide to each guest.

    The Butler Supervisor is responsible for ensuring all guest requirements and needs are met while maintaining a high level of organisation and management.

    Attending all meetings and sharing information to the department.


    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    Monitor and review Quality Standards for the Department/ following BSA (Brand Standard Audit) Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others; advocates sound financial/business decision making; demonstrates honesty/integrity; leads by example.

    Encourages and building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members. Arrange and conduct relevant training to ensure quality and standards of service and product are maintained. Leads, motivate and continuously develops the Butler team in order to maximize associate productivity and guest satisfaction. Conduct daily shift briefing to his team.

    Supervise and monitor daily Butler service situation and activities to ensure proper standards and products are delivered with the standards of service of the St.

    Regis Abu Dhabi. Schedule ad conduct one-on-one meetings with butlers. To give objective feedback about butler work to individuals, coaching and monitoring performance.

    Supports all areas of the Front Office in the absence of the Front Office or Front Desk Manager QUALIFICATION STANDARDS Education:
