    Description

    EssentialDuties/Responsibilities

    • Answer inbound calls in a call centerenvironment.
    • Receive other inboundcommunications from customers and internal personnel related tocustomer issues, primarily billingrelated.
    • Investigate and resolve or escalatecustomer disputes on accounts.
    • Researchinvoice, payment, and order history.
    • Correctcustomer address information.
    • Input creditmemos and assemble documentation prior to submission for review andapproval.
    • Responsible for timely escalation ofissues if unable to personally resolve tocompletion.
    • May be required to perform similartasks in support of overall customer satisfaction initiativesanswering inbound customer calls.
    • Followscompany policies and procedures regarding performance of systemtransactions, ensuring customer record integrity.

    MinimumQualifications

    Knowledge,Skills and Abilities:

    • Strong verbal and writtencommunication skills required.
    • Must haveability to type and navigate in MicrosoftWindows.
    • Capacity to understand and explain amulti-level organizational structure.
    • Abilityto be self-directed and self-motivated.

    Education Or FormalTraining

    • Requires a high school diploma orequivalent. Some college preferred.

    Experience

    • Requires 1-3 years of experience incustomer service in a computer-intensive environment. Experience inSolomon a plus.

    Material And EquipmentDirectly Used

    • Heavy PC usage including Solomon,MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Outlook.
    • Ability toperform repetitive system functions for extended periods oftime.
