Driven to create unique home-grown food concepts that bring people together, the Independent Food Company is a UAE-based hospitality company with multiple concepts under it's umbrella – SALT, Switch, Parker's, Grind, Somewhere and Public.
We are looking to add experienced F&B Brand Trainers to our operations department.Based from our Head Office in Dubai, you will spend your time working closely with the management and front-line teams, providing them with the ongoing training and coaching to help them continue playing a key part in our success.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
Conducting regular assessment and provide feedback on training needs for all team membersDelivering training and workshops in line with INDPT L&D and specific brand guidelines Follow up and measure the contribution of training to KPIsWork closely with the people managers across the brand to ensure they are able to effectively manage performanceSupport with pre-openings across the businessTo be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, with at least 5 years overall experience with F&B or in Hospitality.
Excellent English communication skills are essential, with Arabic being a particular advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
