We are seeking a skilled Culinary Instructor to create engaging culinary experiences for participants of all levels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to lead memorable cooking classes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Class Planning:
• Develop creative and educational cooking class concepts that align with our brand and appeal to our target audience.
• Plan class content, including recipes, cooking techniques, and instructional materials.
• Instruction and Demonstration:
• Lead cooking classes with enthusiasm and energy, providing clear and engaging instruction to our guests.
• Demonstrate cooking techniques, knife skills, and food safety practices in a professional and approachable manner.
• Menu Development:
• Create diverse and appealing menus for cooking classes, considering dietary restrictions, seasonal ingredients, and culinary trends.
• Develop and adapt recipes to suit the skill levels and preferences of participants.
• Customer Interaction:
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions, providing cooking tips, and offering assistance as needed.
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere in the kitchen, encouraging participation and collaboration among class attendees.
• Manage kitchen operations during cooking classes, ensuring a clean, organized, and safe environment.

The successful candidate will possess strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines, cooking techniques, and food presentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse groups of people, are also essential.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef, Culinary Instructor, or Cooking Class Facilitator.
• Food handler's certification or equivalent food safety training.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
